Matt Holser, CIA, MBA is a Senior Auditor with the University of Michigan Audit Services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan–Flint and an MBA from the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University. Prior to joining U-M, Matt gained four years of experience performing SOX 404 audits and evaluating internal controls over financial reporting in the mortgage industry, along with five years of experience in the financial services sector.
